Fly Dance Fitness Knoxville Turns One with High-Energy Anniversary Celebration



Fly Dance Fitness Knoxville celebrated their first anniversary on April 24-25 with special classes, guest appearances and local wellness vendors. Friday night's pop-up class was led by the Fly Dance Fitness leadership team: CEO Stacey Iltis, who made a special appearance an Instructor/Resource Specialist, Ashley Wolter. On Saturday, fitness enthusiasts gathered for sold-out Sculpt Weights, Throw Down and Step classes and enjoyed cold plunges and other local women-owned wellness vendors including Grow Wellness, Amethyst Massage, Beyond Cold and Jordan's Gems. The Knoxville studio was the fifth Fly Dance Fitness franchise location to open in the country and the first in Tennessee, bringing a fitness nightclub atmosphere to the area while benefiting guests' mental health and physical wellness.
